Do shoes come in half sizes?

Crocs do not come in half sizes please select the next size up. If you are unsure of your size we recommend to try on first in store before making your purchase.

How long will my order take?

We ask for 2 weeks from order date. Orders are processed in the order that they are received. If you want a rush request there will be a $25-50 rush fee. If you are requesting specific charms that are not in stock please be advised this could possibly delay your process time.

Can I request a refund?

Due to each order being custom made we do not offer refunds. You will approve your design throughout your order as 100% satisfaction is always our goal.
